Everything you’d ask us about our A2 desi cow milk marketplace, the Farmacy community farming ecosystem, and home-made products.
Ordering & delivery
The basics of buying from ShopApni, wherever you are in our community.
We currently cover the Chandigarh Tricity, Zirakpur, Panchkula, Jaipur and Surat, and we’re actively expanding into Pune, Silvassa and Vapi. Enter your pin code at checkout or in the app to confirm whether we’ve reached your street yet.
A2 milk, eggs and breads go out in the morning window, between 6 am and 9 am, delivered directly by your vendor. Everything else โ pooled vegetables, grocery and home-made products โ arrives in the afternoon window, between 3 pm and 7 pm.
ShopApni is a marketplace. Independent local vendors โ Cow Guardians for milk, Soil Guardians and Contributors for produce, and homemakers for home-made goods โ register on our platform, list what they make, and deliver it themselves. We provide the app, ordering, billing and support that connects them to you.
Create an account, choose your vendor or products, and add them to your cart the way you would on any marketplace app. Milk and other subscriptions are set up once and then delivered on your chosen schedule without needing to reorder each day.
We accept UPI, Paytm, debit and credit cards, and cash on delivery, so you can pick whichever is easiest for your household.
Yes. Subscriptions and one-off orders can be paused, changed or cancelled from your account before the relevant cutoff for that delivery window. If you run into any trouble, our customer care team is a call or message away.
Reach us at +91-8054-555-196 or contact@shopapni.com, or raise it directly through the Register Your Complaint page on the site or app. We look at every delivery issue individually.
Desi Cow A2 Milk
How our Cow Guardian marketplace brings A2 milk to your doorstep.
From Cow Guardians โ independent local dairy owners who register on the ShopApni marketplace, list their milk, and deliver it themselves. Each Cow Guardian manages their own cows, milking and delivery route.
Yes โ it’s raw, unpasteurised and unprocessed, delivered by your Cow Guardian within a few hours of milking. Please boil it as soon as it arrives, since it hasn’t been through any heat treatment before delivery.
Your Cow Guardian delivers directly to your doorstep every morning. ShopApni isn’t a delivery fleet in between โ the vendor you’re subscribed to is the one bringing the milk, which is why building a relationship with a good local Guardian matters.
Every Cow Guardian on ShopApni commits to no growth hormones and no chemical additives for shelf life as a condition of listing on the platform. What reaches you is meant to be exactly what left the udder โ nothing added.
We encourage “locavorism,” so most of our Cow Guardians raise local breeds โ Belahi, for the Chandigarh Tricity region. Local breeds fall sick less often and produce milk suited to their own environment.
Billing is fortnightly and pricing is dynamic: you’re charged daily based on the quantity actually delivered by your vendor. Ordering a larger quantity typically brings your average per-litre rate down โ check your chosen vendor’s listing for their exact slab pricing.
No โ once you lock in a subscription price with your vendor, that’s the rate your billing follows for that subscription, even if the vendor’s live listing price shifts afterward.
Yes โ you can book an A2 milk sample from a Cow Guardian near you before committing to a recurring subscription, subject to that vendor’s local availability.
Yes. Register as a Cow Guardian through the app or the “Become a Cow Guardian” page, list your milk, and start taking orders from customers in your area โ you handle your own herd and delivery, and ShopApni handles listings, orders and customer support.
The Farmacy โ community farming
Farm circles, pooled vegetables and Soil Guardians โ how growing together works.
The Farmacy is ShopApni’s community farming ecosystem. Neighbours join a farm circle to grow food together, tended by Soil Guardians and Contributors, and the harvest is shared back through pooled vegetables on the site.
Yes. You can adopt a mini farm within the Farmacy and grow your own organic vegetables with support from the community and its Soil Guardians, rather than farming alone.
Multiple Contributors add their harvest to a shared pool, and the price you pay is calculated from that day’s combined supply โ shared fairly between contributors and buyers, with no middleman markup. It’s the same price for everyone in the pool at the same freshness stage.
Each harvest has a 96-hour freshness window. As that window runs down, prices ease โ so nothing goes to waste and later buyers still get fair value, while a surplus harvest naturally brings prices down for everyone and a scarce one brings them up.
Soil Guardians look after shared farmland within the Farmacy โ protecting soil health, monitoring crops and overseeing Contributor plots. You can apply through the “Join as a Soil Guardian” page.
Contributors grow and send crops into the shared pool, and can manage their selections and accept deliveries from their own Contributor dashboard. It’s a way to be part of the Farmacy’s harvest without necessarily running the farmland yourself.
Share your city and phone number through the interest form on our homepage, and we’ll reach out as soon as a Guardian or Contributor spot opens near you. We never spam or share your details.
Home-made products marketplace
Pickles, hair oils, soaps and more, made by hands in your own community.
From local homemakers โ especially women โ who register on ShopApni and prepare every product fresh, on demand, at home. There are no factories involved; each order is made to order.
Because nothing sits on a shelf, it reaches you at its freshest and never needs preservatives โ that’s the whole point of buying home-made rather than mass-produced.
Pickles and chutneys, hair oils, flours and spices, bathing soaps, skin care items, and macrame handicraft, alongside our pooled vegetables, grocery and dairy categories.
Yes โ local makers can register as a vendor on ShopApni. Once you’re onboarded, your products appear under the relevant home-made category for customers in your city to discover and order, and you deliver directly to them.
Use the “Local Vendors” section on the site or app to browse makers and dairy vendors filtered to your city, so you can see what’s available close to home before you order.
