Who Can Become a
Soil Guardian?

✓Minimum 2,000 sq yards of land Your land is divided into 500 sq ft mini-farms as customers subscribe. You don't need to prepare the full area upfront.

✓Commitment to organic practices No synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers. You'll receive training and support to maintain organic standards.

✓Willingness to grow on demand Crops are grown based on customer requests — seasonal, region-specific vegetables as per the ShopApni platform.

✓Adoption of carbon-credit practices Mulching, composting, cover crops, and biofertilizers — practices that qualify your farm for future carbon credit benefits.

- Carbon credits are certificates representing 1 metric ton of CO₂ reduced or stored from the atmosphere.
- When Soil Guardians practice mulching, composting, cover crops, and biofertilizers, they store carbon in the soil.
- These verified reductions can be converted into tradable carbon credits — a future financial benefit for your farming practices.
- By registering today, your interventions are tracked and credit-eligible as the programme scales.

Before You Submit
Make sure your land details are accurate. Our team evaluates each application based on location, land area, and regional demand before onboarding you as an official Soil Guardian.
- Only cultivable, non-rocky land qualifies
- Water access (borewell / irrigation) preferred
- Land in or within 30 km of selected cities
- You must hold cultivation rights to the land
- Current regions: Chandigarh, Jaipur, Surat
- Expansion to more cities in progress
