2. Soil Guardian Farm Deactivation
Soil Guardians manage active crops on their assigned digital farms.Policy- A farm can be deactivated only when no crops are currently active (sowing, growing, or ready stages). – This ensures that ongoing cultivation is not interrupted and contributors receive a consistent experience.Normal Conditions- Once all crops are completed and no pending actions remain, the farm can be deactivated through a simple request. – Our team will review and confirm the deactivation.
3. Contributor Subscription Cancellation
Contributors participate in seasonal farming cycles by selecting crops.Policy- If crops are already active, cancellation may affect the ongoing cycle. – Contributors are encouraged to cancel only when no active crops are in progress.Normal Conditions- Cancellation is smooth when: – No active crops exist – No pending harvest logs remain – After review, the subscription is closed and dashboard access is updated.
4. Milk Vendor (Cow Guardian) Cancellation
Milk Vendors provide daily A2 milk delivery services.Policy- Milk Vendor membership can be cancelled once all active customer subscriptions are completed. – This ensures uninterrupted service for customers who rely on daily delivery.Normal Conditions- After completing all active routes and settlements, vendors may request cancellation. – Our team will verify and finalize the process.
5. Milk Customer Subscription Cancellation
Milk Customers subscribe to daily milk delivery.Policy- Upon cancellation, any remaining balance is converted into FarmCoins based on the current conversion rate. – FarmCoins can be used to purchase vegetables, local products, or other items available on the platform. – Cash refunds are not offered, as FarmCoins provide flexibility for future purchases.Normal Conditions- Deliveries stop immediately after cancellation. – FarmCoins are added to the customer’s wallet for future use.
6. General Guidelines
These guidelines apply to all users:- All cancellation requests are reviewed to ensure ongoing activities are not disrupted. – Users are encouraged to cancel only when no active tasks or subscriptions are in progress. – FarmCoins credited after cancellation remain available for future purchases on the platform. – Our support team is always available to assist with any cancellation‑related queries.
