User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

About Belahi
Belahi, a breed identified and registered as a desi cow by Department of Science and Technology (DST), GOI, is a migratory breed. It’s origin is in foothills of Shivalik range of the Himalayas. In this way Belahi happens to be desi breed in true sense for Chandigarh tricity region. Scientists from NDRI conducted a research on this breed in the year 2012. You can download the research document from here.
ShopApni prefers choosing Belahi breed cows for milk production because it freely grazes on green grass making it consume various beneficial herbs found in the forests. That’s why they rarely fall sick. Apart from this ShopApni addresses the concerns raised in the aforementioned research document about langaria community and supports them by giving exposure to urban market directly. Prices vary daily depending upon the quantity delivered and at the end of the billing cycle customers receive invoice with average price.

Which Breed of cows do you have?
Shop Apni promotes the idea of locavorism. We raise and maintain only local breeds which happens to be “Belahi” for Chandigarh tricity region. Local breed performs best as they rarely fall sick and produce best quality of milk. Why we claim that belahi is best breed for Chandigarh tricity region, please refer to our blog post.
Do you offer farm visit?
Our farm is located near Barwala. You can schedule your farm visit on weekends by clicking on “Visit Farm” link available on our page.
Do you have your own cows?
No, we hire cows from cow rearers, provide them proper diet and fodder as prescribed by our veterinary consultant for their well being, ensure their hygiene make them graze in forests and open fields. Entire milking process takes place in our strict supervision.
What About Purity?
Purity is paramount. We milk our cows without injecting growth hormones, we add no chemicals for extended shelf life. You get raw and farm fresh milk daily at your doorstep. Our milk is adulterated only with love 🙂
What is your billing cycle?
We raise invoice on every 15th and last day of the month. You get detailed invoice mentioning date wise quantity delivered at your place. Also your e-wallet is daily updated.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer e-wallet credit points depending upon the quantity consumed. You can purchase products from our app/website against these points. We occasionally offer 5% flat discount coupons to our A2 milk customers on certain product categories. Additionally you can check for cashback offers under “OFFERS” tab on product page.
